God created our bodies to do the most amazing things.  He gave us breasts to nourish and comfort our babies, and strong backs and arms to hold them tight.  We have hips that can move and sway to the beat of a drum or open to birth life from within us.   Every muscle, bone, tendon, every cell has a purpose and each part does its job, flowing together to make this intricate home for our spirits.  But our spirits are not made to be alone.  Within these flesh and bone temples, God himself resides, and guides our spirits on this journey of life if only we will accept his presence.  He designed in our spirits the desire to connect to others.  His love and grace flows through us, so we too can show love and grace.  We experience this love through our relationship with Him, with others, and in our interactions with the world around us.  In every ray of sunlight, we can see hope.  In every rain drop, His tears for our pain.  In every gust of wind, His power.  A love so powerful that He gave us the ultimate gift- free will and an invitation.  An opportunity for the chasm between us and our Creator to be healed, and for our spirits to be joined in Echad.

To recognize our role as stewards of the earth, and to explore the implications of being the caretakers of nature.

To explore the various means by which we can help our bodies, minds and spirits work together to experience whole body wellness.
